How can I get the latest product catalog?
You can view and download our most up-to-date Equipment Catalog at the bottom of our website.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and more.

Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Just contact us as soon as possible.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is applied based on your shipping address and local tax laws. You’ll see the exact amount at checkout.

Can I place an order over the phone?

How do I use a promo code or discount?

Shipping

When will my order ship?
Orders received before 11am PST will ship the same day. Orders received after 11am PST will be shipped out on the following day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

How can I track my package and check its progress?
Every fulfilled order includes a tracking number. If you're having trouble tracking your package, email support@powerhivepro.com, and we will assist you with your tracking status.

Can I expedite my order?

What carrier will my order ship with?
PowerHivePro uses a variety of national and regional carriers to get your order to your doorstep quickly and safely. Our national carriers include FedEx, UPS, USPS, and more.

Does PowerHivePro offer international shipping?

How do I register my product for warranty coverage?
Registering your product is quick and easy. Just go to our Product Registration page and enter your model number, serial number, and contact info to activate your warranty.

How do I submit a warranty claim?
Use our Service Request form online or contact support at support@powerhivepro.com. We’ll guide you through the process.

Where can I get my equipment serviced or repaired?
You can bring it to a PowerHivePro-authorized service center or contact us to arrange service. Find a service center near you here.

What does the PowerHivePro warranty cover?
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a set period (usually 1–3 years, depending on the product). Wear parts are not included. Check out the PowerHivePro Limited Warranty here.
