PowerHivePro Warranty Policy

At PowerHivePro, we are committed to providing high-quality products that perform at their best. Proper care and maintenance are essential to ensure optimal functionality. Please read the Owner’s Manual carefully before using your product. Neglecting proper use or maintenance can impair product performance and is not covered under the warranty.

Before requesting warranty service, please complete the warranty form on the PowerHivePro Customer Support Center at: [Warranty Registration Form].
Note: Services performed by unauthorized parties may void this warranty.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from the official PowerHivePro website (www.powerhivepro.com). Purchases made through third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, or eBay) are not covered by this warranty.

Consumer Use:

Personal, residential household use only.

Commercial Use:

Any use in business operations or income-generating activities. Note: For rental purposes, the warranty is limited to 60 days.

Warranty Periods by Product:

  • Open Frame Generators: 12 months (consumer), 6 months (commercial)

  • Inverter Generators: 12 months (consumer), 6 months (commercial)

  • Impact Rammer, Plate Compactors: 12 months (consumer), 6 months (commercial)


Product Issues: Returns & Refunds

Refund Policy:

  • Product Purchased ≤ 3 Months: 100% refund.

  • Product Purchased > 3 Months: Refund = Original Purchase Price - (Monthly Depreciation Fee × Number of Months Used) - One-Way Shipping Fee - Handling Fee.

Exchange Policy:

  • Product Purchased ≤ 6 Months: Free exchanges.

  • Product Purchased > 6 Months: Exchange Fee = Current Product Sale Price - [Original Purchase Price - (Monthly Depreciation Fee × Months Used) - One-Way Shipping Fee].

Monthly Depreciation Fee = Original Purchase Price ÷ Total Warranty Period (in months).
Handling Fees:

  • Under 50 lbs: $5

  • 50 lbs to 100 lbs: $10

  • 100 lbs to 150 lbs: $15

  • Over 150 lbs: $20

Personal Reasons (Returns & Refunds)

  • Product Purchased ≤ 3 Months: Shipping fees will be paid by the buyer.

  • Product Purchased > 3 Months: Returns are not accepted.

Important Reminders

  • Ensure all parts, packaging, and documents are included when returning a product. Missing or damaged items may delay or prevent a full refund or replacement.


Exclusions & Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal Wear & Tear: Including items like O-rings, valve handle assemblies, and filter elements.

  • Improper Use or Neglect: Misuse, improper installation, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repairs or modifications.

  • External Damage or Environmental Factors: Accidents, fire, flood, corrosion, vandalism, rodent or insect damage.

  • Cosmetic Defects: Paint, decals, or other aesthetic issues.

  • Operational & Financial Losses: Downtime, inconvenience, or lost income.

Engine Warranty

Engines are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty under their terms. Routine maintenance (spark plugs, air filters, etc.) is the customer’s responsibility.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to warranty service.

  • Proper Maintenance: Regular maintenance is required. The warranty does not cover failures due to lack of maintenance.


Order Cancellation

Buyers have a 30-minute window to cancel an order after placement. If the order has already shipped, please contact the shipping carrier directly to refuse the package.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will PowerHivePro be liable for damages exceeding the original purchase price of the product. Customers assume all risks associated with misuse or inability to use the product.


Additional Information

  • For orders forwarded to U.S. islands or international destinations, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • PowerHivePro is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery. If tracking shows delivery but the package was not received, contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • All warranty claims require the product to be returned for inspection by our technical support team.
