Return Policy at PowerHivePro

At PowerHivePro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we’re here to help! Please review the policy below:

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Unfortunately, returns are not accepted after this 30-day period.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original, unworn, and unused condition.

  • All items inside the box, including packaging, must be included.

  • Customers are required to provide photos and videos of the product and packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary for processing your return.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please contact us at support@powerhivepro.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the package back to us.

Important Notes:

  • Used items can only be returned if there are quality issues.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for both delivery and return if they ordered the wrong item or no longer want the product.

  • Ensure that you request a return before shipping items back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted, and PowerHivePro is not responsible for the shipping costs in such cases.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Giveaways or free items

  • Used items (unless defective)

  • Items damaged due to human causes

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product is defective or damaged, please contact us with photos or videos of the issue within 10 days of receiving the item. In this case, PowerHivePro will cover the cost of return shipping and offer an exchange or refund.

Failure to provide documentation or request a return within 10 days may result in the buyer being responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Process

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect their condition within 2-3 business days. Refunds will be processed within the next 3 business days, and you will receive a notification about the status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and returned to your bank account within 7–15 days after approval.

Limited Warranty

PowerHivePro products come with a 1-year, 2-year, 5-year, or 10-year Limited Warranty (depending on the product). The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and is only valid for the original purchaser, starting from the date of purchase. It does not apply if the product is repaired or replaced.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to improper use

  • Failure to follow instructions

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Damage caused by external factors (e.g., fire, earthquake, water, etc.)
